Job Title: Sales Head Location: Aligarh ,Uttar Pradesh Department: Sales Reports To: CEO / Managing Director Experience: 10+ years in Sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales department, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives across regions. Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive expansion. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment. Create accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Drive CRM adoption and sales process optimization. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. Preferred Industry Experience: Insert relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, hardware.
